- 3 tbs of chia seeds
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1 tsp of vanilla
- And 1 tbs of maple syrup
INGREDIENTS for the toppings
- Raspberries or any fruit you like

- Shredded coconut (optional)
- Mix the chia seeds with almond milk, shake well
- Leave the chia to absorb the milk for a minimum of 30 minutes. You can also leave it in the fridge overnight
